There is a fee of $40 for prescription renewal without appointments, including lost or expired prescriptions, as this is not covered by OHIP.

If needed, you are asked to follow-up for medication renewals, whether in person or virtually. Your physician will prescribe enough medication until the next evaluation and your future refills can be obtained from your family doctor. We will write a note to your family doctor facilitate this continuation of the prescription renewals. Medications periodically require review and monitoring to ensure they remain safe and appropriate for you.

Physicians will not be responding to faxed renewal requests from your pharmacy.
