Parking Instructions
Free Parking: Available on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Please note there are only stairs leading from these floors to the ground floor, and there is no elevator in the parking lot.
Paid Parking: Available on the ground floor, where the parking attendant will charge a fee. From here, you can access the clinic without stairs using the building elevator.
If you have difficulty using stairs, we recommend using the ground-floor drop-off or having someone drop you off in front of the building to take the elevator to the clinic.
All medical appointments with physicians require a referral from a doctor. **Please ensure your personal email is on the referral form.**
1. IUD/Nexplanon patients: All IUD/Nexplanon initial appointments will be virtual consultations unless you are ready with the device to have an insertion or need a removal without consultation. We recommend your doctor use this form:
2. All other patients: Ask a doctor to send a referral to our email or fax, below.
3. We will contact you by email with your appointment date and time. Please ensure your personal email is on the referral form.
4. Appointments with our Allied Health Professionals do not require a referral, except for Naturopathic Doctors.

The Initial Appointment with Naturopathic Doctors include a Physician. A valid referral is required prior to booking. We must receive your referral before the appointment can be scheduled or confirmed. Please ensure your referral has been sent to our clinic in advance.

Allied Health appointments are not covered by OHIP but may be covered by your private health insurance.
