Mia Dang, Pelvic Physiotherapist

Warm, experienced, and kind, Mia has practiced as a physiotherapist since 2009, focusing on pelvic floor health since 2018. She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable, confident, and at ease in their bodies at every stage of life.
Mia has a special interest in helping with issues such as bladder and bowel leaks, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor tension & weakness, and pain during intercourse. She knows these concerns can affect daily life, relationships, and how people feel about their bodies. She also understands that these issues can be difficult to talk about. Her calm, gentle, and caring approach helps people feel safe, heard, and supported.
Mia looks at the whole person, not just the pelvic floor. She understands that stress, sleep, and hormonal changes can affect pain and muscle tension. She uses gentle hands-on treatment, exercises, and education to help people feel better and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, Mia is a proud mom of two girls and enjoys hiking and cycling. She welcomes people from all walks of life.
